Evaluation of clinical efficacy and immune effect evaluation of cervical high critical HPV continuous infection in the treatment of cervical high-risk HPV continuous infection

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and immune effect of Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton for External Use (Nr-CWS) in the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) persistent infection. Methods: From May 2019 to May 2020, 80 patients with high-risk HPV persistent cervical infection who were diagnosed and treated at Qingdao Women and Children’s Hospital were collected, and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 40 cases in each group. The study group was treated with Nr-CWS, and the control group was treated with recombinant human interferon 2b vaginal effervescent tablets combined with Baofukangshuan. We compared the HPV conversion rate and effective rate of treatment in the two groups. We also analyze the changes of immune cell levels in peripheral blood and immune factor concentrations in vaginal lavage fluid, and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate was 76.92% in the study group and 47.37% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The HPV conversion rate was 61.54% in the study group and 31.58% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the values of CD4+T and CD4+/CD8+ increased in both groups, with statistically significant difference compared with before treatment (P < 0.05), and the degree of increase in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the concentrations of IL-2, IFN- and TNF- in vaginal lavage fluid in both groups were increased, while the concentrations of IL-4 were decreased, with statistical significance compared with before treatment (P < 0.05). The changes of the above indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P 0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups, and they have high security. Conclusions: Nr-CWS can effectively improve the negative conversion rate of patients with high-risk HPV persistent infection of the cervix, and can regulate the local and even the body’s immune function, and there are no obvious adverse reactions.

Comparative study of CCTV Spring Festival Evening Martial Arts Performance Program

CCTV Spring Festival Gala Wushu program in the field of Wushu performance is very representative. This study divides the development of Wushu per-formances in the Spring Festival Gala into three stages: 1983~1989, 1993~1994 and 2003~2020, and analyzes the theme concept, participants, Wushu content and stage effect of the programs, so as to find out the development law of Chinese Wushu performances in recent year, and find out the places worthy of reference in the previous Wushu performances, This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development trend of Wushu Performance in the future. This paper divides Wushu performance programs of CCTV Spring Festival Gala into three periods to analyze. The first period is from 1983 to 1989, which is the start-up period of the Spring Festival Gala. Because Wushu performance programs were absent for three years from 1990 to 1992, and then for seven years from 1995 to 2002, they were isolated. Therefore, the second time period is from 1993 to 1994; after seven years of precipitation, the performance form and system of martial arts perfor-mance programs have been relatively perfect after returning to the Spring Festival Gala in 2002, and they are still in use today. Therefore, the third time period is from 2003 to 2020.

Study on the stress performance and shear intensity of steel concrete spatial edge node

A finite element model is presented to analyze the mechanical behavior of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) beam-column plane joints. On the basis of verifying the accuracy of numerical simulation, finite element models of SRC spatial exterior joints were established, and the influence of space loading angle and axial compression ratio on the mechanism performance of the joint was analyzed. The mathematical model of the relationship between the peak load and the load angle was found by refining the loading angle. The spatial exterior joint was decomposed into the cross-shaped and T shaped members in the main axis direction for force analysis, the calculation formula of the spatial joint core area shear capacity is proposed and its accuracy is verified with the numerical simulation results. The research results show that the peak load of the column end loaded along the two main axis directions is not equal, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the column end under positive loading is higher than that under negative loading; the relationship between the ultimate bearing capacity and the loading angle is asymmetric ellipse, and it can be expressed in sections by the ellipse parameter formula; the shear capacity of the joint core area under oblique loading is proportional to the ultimate load of the column end, and the formula is also applicable to the core area shear resistance bearing capacity; the calculated value of core area shear bearing capacity formula under oblique loading is in good agreement with the simulated value.

Experimental study on influence of Zr doping on lithium high voltage nickel cobalt-manganese acid

In this experiment, 523 nickel cobalt manganese three element materials were synthesized by high temperature solid-state method. By studying the effects of time, temperature and Zr doping on the properties, we find the best technological conditions. The comparison and analysis of the experimental data shows that when the content of zirconium is 0.7%, the sintering time is 10 hours, and when the sintering temperature is 920 degrees, the performance of nickel cobalt lithium manganite is the best. The main performance indexes are as follows: the vibratory density TD is 2.93 g∙cm−3, the particle size D50 is 7.52 um, the pH value is 11.33, the initial capacity of 1.0 C is 174.37 mAh∙g−1, the 50 cycle capacity is 171.34 mAh∙g−1, and the 50 capacity retention rate is 98.26%. The experimental results have some reference value for the preparation of nickel cobalt lithium manganate three element materials.

Screening and identification of a degraded vomin toxin bacteria

In this paper, 7 strains with deoxynivalenol (DON) degradation potential were selected from coffee grounds using styrene oxide as the only carbon source, and the degradation rate of DON was determined. Finally, a strain XY-3 with the outstanding degrading ability of DON was obtained, which was identified by molecular biology technology, and its physiological and biochemical characteristics were preliminarily explored. The results showed that XY-3 was identified as Microbacterium trichothecenolyticum, and its degradation rate of DON can reach 27.71% within 24 hours. XY-3 is a gram-positive bacterium that can use a variety of carbon sources and has strong salt tolerance, but it is more sensitive to acidic environments. This study can expand the scope of research for the biodegradation of DON and provide basic support for further research.

Recently, the Fat Boundary Method (FBM) has been proposed and applied to elasticity and as an improvement of FBM, the Dual Fat Boundary Method (DFBM) is proposed. These methods need an iteration procedure. In this article, the algorithmic parameters related to the iteration of FBM are studied and an interpolation method based on DFBM is proposed to reduce computational costs.
