This paper combined the generation and discharge characteristics of rural domestic sewage, sewage water quality characteristics and typical characteristics of decentralized rural domestic sewage in mountainous areas, and analyzed common rural domestic sewage treatment technologies and the removal rate of major pollutants from decentralized rural domestic sewage treatment by various technologies and their economic characteristics in detail. Regarding the current existing problem of unused rural domestic sewage treatment facilities in mountainous areas, representative cases were selected for detailed analysis, and reform ideas and suggestions were put forward.

Study on the Influence of Medical Integrated Nursing on Patients with Elderly Branium

Objective:
To explore the effect of health education combined with family-medical care
integrated nursing on elderly patients with femoral fractures. Methods: 112
elderly patients with femoral fractures from October 2018 to December 2019 in
our hospital were taken as the research objects. They were randomly divided
into a control group (56 cases) and an observation group (56 cases); the
control group was given routine care and the observation group was given health
education combined family-medical care integrated nursing; compare the Bathel
index scores, mental status and complications of the two groups. Results: 1 and
3 months after the operation, the Bathel index scores of the observation group
(75.13 ± 4.06 points, 93.27 ± 6.36 points) and the control group (68.25 ± 3.97
points, 82.19 ± 7.38 points) were significantly higher than those before
surgery, and the observation group was significantly Higher than the control
group (P < 0.05). After 1, 3 months, the observation group (60.02 ± 4.28 points, 61.34 ± 5.23 points; 51.02 ± 4.28 points, 53.24 ± 3.82 points) and the control group (63.15 ± 4.35 points, 64.52 ± 5.17 points; 60.47 ± 4.69 points, 62.15 ± 3.76 points) SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those before surgery, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of various complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Health education combined with family-medical care integrated care can significantly improve the Bathel index score of patients and reduce the incidence of anxiety, depression and complications.

Toxic effect of combined with sulfonamide antibiotics

Due to the difficult degradation of sulfonamides antibiotics, 50%~90% of sulfonamides used in animal feed cannot be degraded, and will be discharged with animal manure. In this study, earth-worm was selected as the indicator organism to explore the effects of sulfadiazine (SMI), sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) and sulfathiazole (ST) on the activities of antioxidant enzyme system (superoxide dismutase SOD and peroxidase POD) of earthworm under the combined modes. The results showed that different concentrations of joint sulfonamide treatments could induce the ac-tivities of SOD and POD in earthworm. In conclusion, both SOD and POD activities could be recog-nized as good biomarkers for evaluating the effects of soil sulfonamide exposure.

Ido immunomodulatory effect in cigricctic keratitis

Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) is a rate-limiting enzyme that functions as an immunomodulator and participates in the degradation of tryptophan. IDO can regulate the immune response of inflammation by affecting the action of macrophages. However, the immunomodulatory role and mechanism of IDO in Aspergillus fumigatus keratitis are still not very clear. Therefore, this study was conducted on the mouse model of Aspergillus fumigatus infection and the neutrophils model. METHODS: Animal models were developed to measure inflammatory scores and RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of IDO, downstream factors AHRs of IDO and inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12) in the cornea of mice stimulated by Aspergillus niacae at different time points. RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of inflammatory factors (IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6) in each group after 16 hours of stimulation by Aspergillus fumigatus inactivated hyphae.

Selenium content and morphological analysis of rice and five crops in different parts of my country

Selenium (Se) is an essential trace element for human growth and development. Studies on Se content and species of crops produced from different regions can provide scientific information to residents for supplement of Se via daily diets. In the present study, firstly, we compared the Se content in rice plant and other five crops growing in different regions. It was observed that soil and rice plant growing in Se-enriched regions were generally higher than in other regions, and the Se content in soil could impact the distribution of Se in rice plant. The Se content in obtained aleurone was significantly higher than in washed commercial rice. The Se content in five common crops showed the trend of potato > peanut ≈ black bean > sweet potato > soybean. We then further investigated the Se species in three Se-enriched crops, and found that organic Se (especially selenomethionine) was the dominant form. Moreover, the Se species varied with different crops and the ratio of organic Se in total Se was significantly higher in Se-enriched rice than in potato and sweet potato.

Advances in research on Fas / Fas-L protein and BCl2 protein in ovarian cancer

Apoptotic signaling pathway includes exogenous apoptotic pathway and endogenous apoptotic pathway. Fas and its ligand FasL protein, as the representative of exogenous apoptotic pathway, can be expressed in a variety of tumors. It not only participates in the immune monitoring of the body, but also plays an important role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of tumors. As a representative molecule of endogenous apoptosis pathway, Bcl-2 protein is often involved in cancer by inhibiting apoptosis. BCL2 protein plays a key role in the malignant transformation of solid tissue and lymphoid cells. Fas/Fas-L protein and BCL2 protein are closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. This review briefly describes Fas/Fas-L protein and BCL2 protein through reading a large number of literatures, and describes the expression status of Fas/Fas-L protein and BCL2 protein in malignant ovarian tumors and their relationship with prognosis, as well as the correlation between Fas/Fas-L protein and BCL2 protein expression in ovarian tumors.

Effect of alkali excitation agent on stability of DS-ECC

In order to study the stability of the basic mechanical properties of Desert-Sand Engineered cementitious composite (DS-ECC) prepared from the desert sand as fine aggregate under the action of alkali activator, basic mechanical tests were carried out on DS-ECC after the action of alkali activator, exploring the effects of different modulus alkali stimulants on the cubic compressive strength, uniaxial tensile strength, Poisson’s ratio and the stability of elastic modulus. The results show that after treatment with the activator, the fluctuation range of the cubic compressive strength, uniaxial tensile strength, and ultimate tensile strain data is reduced, and the material stability is improved; when the modulus of the alkali activator is 1.5, the values of Poisson’s ratio and elastic modulus are improved, but the data fluctuation range is basically unchanged, and the stability is basically unchanged.

Correlation between patients with chronic heart failure CA125 level and heart function and ventricular reconstruction

Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum CA125 level and cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: In June 2019 to December 2019, 80 cases of hospitalized patients with heart failure, heart function according to the New York heart function classification standard are divided into Class I 15 cases, II 23 cases, III level 24 cases, IV 18 cases. At the same time, 60 cases of physical examination personnel hospitalized during the same period were collected as the control group. The serum CA125 level was determined by electrochemiluminescence method, and the cardiac function related indexes such as left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT) and interventricular septal thickness (IVST), left ventricular mass (LVM) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were measured. The correlation between serum CA125 level and cardiac function and ventricular remodeling was analyzed. Results: The level of CA125 in patients with heart failure was significantly higher than that in the control group. The level of CA125 was directly proportional to the severity of heart function. The indexes of LVEDD, LVPWT and IVST also increased with the aggravation of heart function. CA125 was positively correlated with these indexes (r = 0.23, 0.268, 0.284, 0.365, 0.450; P < 0.05). Conclusion: The higher CA125 level in patients with heart failure, the lower cardiac function. CA125 level is positively correlated with left ventricular remodeling, which can be used as an important index to evaluate cardiac function in patients with CHF.

Research on TBM Disassembly of Long Distance

Based on a construction example of a tunnel project in Xinjiang, this paper proposes the pre-demolition method and the “demolition + burying” method for the TBM dismantling plan of a long-distance deep-buried tunnel. The analysis and research are carried out from the perspective of geology, engineering safety, investment, and construction period. Finally, the “dismantling + burying” method is adopted to realize the TBM dismantling, in order to provide a reference for the TBM dismantling construction of long-distance deep-buried tunnels, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid, safe and economical.
